You can achieve inner peace by learning to control the repetative thoughts that pass through your mind.  Inner peace is achieved when the right and left sides of the brain are in balance.  You are neither hyper-aroused (stressed and ready for fight-flight) nor too relaxed that you cannot function (feed-sleep) dominant.  The healthier we are in our relationship to our inner selves, the more productive, happy and balanced we are in our lives.
